Text Box: Welcome to the 37th Sumner Arts Festival!! To our friends, neighbors and communities near and far we would like to welcome you. This year will be our 37th year of bringing together family, friends and businesses. This is a great time to enjoy great food prepared by non-profit organizations within the Sumner School District, hand made arts and crafts, which are jury selected, along with lots of free entertainment. So grab a blanket and some snacks and visit Heritage Park or one of the other stage events for some great music and entertainment. Our volunteer committee, pictured above, dedicate their time and efforts to improve and grow the festival year after year. The overall committee consists of Kim Ehrenheim - Chairman; Dena Bennett - Artist Chairperson; Mary Malone - Music Entertainment; Lori Bonkoski - Food Concessions; Stuart Scheuerman and Denise Haase - Advertising; Amy Anderson and Amanda Carel - Children’s Entertainment; Glenda Hyland - Committee Member Assistants. The committee meets once a month throughout the year with the exception of twice in July to fine-tune the details. Mark your calendars for the first full weekend of August. This year’s date is Friday, August 6th from 10am-8pm and Saturday, August 7th from 10am-7pm.
